There is a real link between overweight children and video games. Children who are or become overweight typically sit in front of television or computer majority of the day and do nothing but play video games. As every parent knows that this is not good for the health of each child. The child can not afford to focus so intently on these games. An overweight child is at risk

There are free after school programs that parents can find to get their children to hide in. These programs include play, practice and games to keep your child from becoming disabled. This is a much better way for parents to ensure that their child is not sitting in front of a video game screen constantly.
